This learning and practicing process which she authorized in her Church Manual has certainly taken place. Children and young people do learn to heal, sometimes more quickly and simply than adults! So you have the opportunity (and inherent ability) to learn how to heal, today! Christian Science Sunday school In 1881 the first Christian Science Sunday school was organized. Ever since, a Sunday school has been an integral part of every Christian Science church and society. Sunday school functions at the same time as the Sunday morning church service. Sunday school classes are generally small in size (one to five pupils) and the teachers are selected for their Biblical and spiritual knowledge, as well as for their practical spiritual capability. Sunday school starts whenever young children are ready, and extends up to the age of 20. All children and teenagers who are interested in learning about how spirituality can be practically applied are welcome, regardless of their religious backgrounds. Sunday Schools are a place for children and youth to learn about their relationship to a loving God through explanation of these ideas in the Bible and Science and Health. Christian Science college organizations Christian Science college organizations exist at colleges and universities in many countries of the world. They are informal organizations of students and faculty who meet to discuss issues from a spiritual perspective, and to share the learnings thus gained. Meeting usually weekly, they:
